Flip-flops, to me, are those flimsy things you wear to the beach. I don't wear flip-flops, but I live in sandals during the summer.

I Netflix all my TV. Yay Netflix!

Very much. I joined it because (a) I wanted to watch Farscape; (b) I didn't have cable, (c) I couldn't find Farscape at Blockbuster, and (d) while Farscape was readily available for download, the early seasons were not. Netflix has Farscape, along with everything else I've ever wanted to rent. I like that I don't have to go anywhere to get the DVDs; this is especially important now that I don't have a car. Also, the discs tend to arrive the day BEFORE Netflix predicts they will, so the turnaround time is really fast--usually 1-2 days. I have about 200 items in my queue. Hee.

Fun fact about flip-flops: in Australia we call them thongs (or sometimes pluggers). Yep, that gets awkward sometimes. ;)

My right foot has been swollen a lot lately and so flip-flops are pretty much the only thing I can wear other than slippers.
