Eh. Read the book, enjoy it, then go back to fanon, enriched by more canon, is the way I see it. I'm not worried about anything except character death, because that is never fun.
My take on the sex/love issue is that 'cause the books have basically followed a traditional quest pattern, which generally ended with a marriage or consummation once the hero had proven his worth, we won't see Harry get it on with anyone or have any requitement until the end of the series. I think there's too much else going on for hormones to have a role. Anyway, we'll know soon enough. :D
