It's raining outside and I have a warm computer in my lap. Sort of like a warm cat, but more useful. My cat is actually sleeping a foot and a half away from me on my bed right now.

Before it started raining (read: three days ago) I had been wearing sandals every day since I got back. The upside of being home: sandals. The downside of being home: not a fucking thing to do at night. Damn the illegality of drinking at 19.

Christmas snuck up on me this year, more than normal. It's frightening to think that today is actually Christmas Eve, and I think I know exactly what all of my presents are. I mean the only things I asked for were DVDs and these kick ass powerbook speakers. Don't they look like little Pacman Ghosts?! :D ukcalico won my heart with them.

I hope everyone has a fabulous wintry season, I have wireless (!!!!) dsl now, so I might actually be unavoidable nowadays. Constant! Online! Connection! *sigh* it's so cool.

Cookies are in the other room, and I know if I go out there they'll make me do stuff. Like help with cookies or wrap presents. I bought christmas cards and a pen to write them with and still haven't written a single one. What I have been doing is downloading ridiculous amounts of photos of the LotR cast at all the various premieres. Consequently, y'all are getting a picspam of my favorites. No I dont really care that you have seen them before.
