So yes. I have moved once again. I am now sans roommate, she wanted to stay at the other place, because evidently, she doesn't plan on cooking. Instead she seems to be going on some sort of starvation diet in which she is broke and doesn't eat dinner. v. odd.

My new house belongs to my first cousin once removed. For all y'all not up with your family trees, that makes him my mom's first cousin. I am removed since I am a generation away from him. And him and his boyfriend live there. They have the British Queer as Folk on video and I watched it the other night. Very cool, although not nearly as scandalous as the American version. And the best part was when my cousin came in to make sure I wasn't "too shocked or anything". It was all I could do to not crack the fuck up. Little does he know about this whole fandom thing.

We went on the Jack the Ripper London walk yesterday night, it was pretty cool, but mildly creepy since we actually went to the exact place where he killed four of his victims. And our tour guide told us all the gory details. One of the girls I went with really wants to go to the tower museum and see all the other creepy stuff, I think I'm going to go to that too, even though that stuff squicks the hell outta me.

I'm going to Collectormania this weekend, so I'll let you guys know if I meet the boys and how all of it goes. And then the next weekend after that my dad is coming and I'll get to hang out with him for the next two weekends. I'm excited about that since it means I'll actually get to see him, although I still wish my mom was coming too. She hates travelling though, so she didn't want to come.
