Hmm context for number 4 eh? Wll it's Jack O'Neill and it's an icon I rarely use because I like this one so much better:
As for a Josh/Donna icon, it was incredibly hard for me to find a picture of Josh and Donna that I liked, and then the dimensions were all off so I dunno, this isn't my favorite icon ever, I'm sure there are better Josh and Donna icons out there, but this is your if you want it:
