nancyrose: at work, everything on my desk needs to be in a certain place and i get irritated if it's not and i have to open all of our systems and windows in a particular order or i they will not be in the taskbar where i want them
theantimodel: hahahaha that rocks
theantimodel: it makes sense though
theantimodel: whenever I open camino (web browser)
theantimodel: I have to open all the usual tabs in the exact same order every thime or else it drives me nuts
nancyrose: hahahahahah yes
nancyrose: we are twins
theantimodel: yahoo uk, new tabs for any headlines I want to read, then I change yahoo uk for yahoo us with new tabs for any of those headlines
theantimodel: then my lj in the next tab (after all the news stories)
theantimodel: Then I open the next tab as my flist and use my journal page as my profile page (always the full one that shows comment counts)
theantimodel: and then I have to clock back to the last entry on my flist that I've read. Only then can I start reading the yahoo articles and closing those tabs until my profile is the first tab
nancyrose: mine has to be my email, 3 IE windows, one with lj, two for browsing, then windows media (if i'm listening to it) and my IM window must be on the far right or i get anxiety

theantimodel: i am EXTREMELY ocd about this, and ive never even realized it until now! omg I am mad
nancyrose: dude, you're ME!
theantimodel: no way you are ME!
nancyrose: i am too! and omg i have to have certain font sizes and colors
nancyrose: ahahahah yep
nancyrose: and the ppl at work are ALWAYS changing them, which makes me crazy. i get to work 10 minutes early just so i can set my shit up right!!!

We have decided that this makes us more effective workers, not just stark raving mad ljers.
