well, I had a panic attack the last time this happened, this time I'm fairly sure I'm still in shock. At some point later on I will probably have a full on nervous breakdown. If y'all are wondering what the shit is going on I will tell you.

MY FUCKING COMPUTER DIED.

ah. hmm, the panic is setting in.

It won't start and it's dead and it wont do ANYTHING and I have to send it in to apple tomorrow and omg what the fuck am i going to do if I have to lose ALL MY FILES?

it'll take at least two weeks to get back to me, wtf am I supposed to do without a computer for two weeks? I had 7 GIGS of mp3s. FUCK.

anyone want to take pity on me and send me cds of your mp3s?

shit.

You poor THING. Wah! Sympathy in spades, here. But it's incredibly unlikely that you'll lose all your files, and although it sucks *hideously* to be 'bookless for any length of time, it'll go faster than you think once the initial shock's passed. Promise. I've been here, man.

What's more, I have quite a lot of your music, no? So if you need cds, mail me your address and a list of the artists you desire, and we'll see what we can do.

First of all, ouch. I've been there, it's a painful thing to get through.

Secondly, I can send you cd's of all my nsync mp3s, for sure. I do have quite a bunch. lol I lost a bunch of my other mp3s in a crash last December and I'm only slowly building that back up. But I backed up my sparkly files. LOL If you'd like those, just email me your mailing address and I can have them out to you by early next week!

OMG, I couldn't even imagine what I would do if that happened to me. I've gotten into the habit now of backing up everything one a month. I hope Apple will be able to save most of your files. *hugs*

That sucks sooo incredibly.
Macs and I don't get along very well. The only ones I've ever used were the ones for our school's yearbook, and they're prone to shutting down,freezing, and crashing on their own.
Like almost everyone else up there *points up* I can download and burn you some cd's if you want. Just ask!
