Oh this is such a hard question! I really love all of his jokes, although I'm partial to the history jokes especially the Italians and fascists joke. And in Dressed to Kill he mocked San Franciscans in the very begining which was hilarious. And cake or death is classic. I don't know it's a tough call I can't decide.

EDDIE IZZARD!!! "there was a man living in a cave... you know, like you doooooo" That definately isnt his best, but the first one that popped into my head.
